Top Spring Australia is celebrating a bumper weekend with more than $40 million in sales at its 1.26-hectare master planned community in Sydney’s Lower North Shore, The Newlands.
Bordered by absolute park front on three sides, The Newlands is embracing an ‘inner-city tree-change’ lifestyle, where established green spaces connect with a central 5,700sqm green spine and 1,500sqm of communal rooftop amenity.
It brings the total number of sales at the project, which launched late last year, to more than $100 million.
Top Spring Australia Development Director, Jeff Curnow, said the sales success formed part of a special pre-release event at the onsite Sales Display in St Leonards and has been attributed to the appointment of 4.5-star iCIRT rated builder DASCO as its construction partner, the unveiling of new resident amenities, and the exceptional design quality of the project.
“The appointment of a proven construction team with a strong track record has provided assurance and confidence to purchasers. Early works and demolition have already commenced on site, with construction to commence later in 2023,” Mr Curnow said.
“Purchasers have been attracted to the abundant resident amenities, including an expansive roof-top entertainment area with a private dining space, fully resourced kitchen, gardens and city views.
“This, combined with spacious apartment designs and leafy outlook, and finishes such as natural stone as standard, it’s clear that The Newlands is continuing to hit the mark for both owner occupiers and investors,” he said.
Designed for every generation and with unparalleled frontage to Newlands Park, on the fringe of Greenwich and Wollstonecraft, The Newlands has sustainability front of mind.
