Top Spring Australia has progressed the construction process at The Newlands, with the appointment of DASCO as its construction partner.
Early works and demolition have started on site with construction have now commenced.
Bordered by absolute park front on three sides, the development is embracing an ‘inner-city tree-change’ lifestyle, where established green spaces connect with a central 5,700sqm green spine and 1,500sqm of communal rooftop amenity.
The early works announcement follows a steady flow of sales and enquiries since launch in late 2022, with more than $65 million in apartments sold.
Top Spring Australia Development Director, Jeff Curnow, said The Newlands was forging ahead with the added assurance of a proven construction team with a strong track record.
“Like all Top Spring Australia projects, it was important to partner with a like-minded contractor that aligns with our standards and vision for this iconic site,” Mr Curnow said.
“DASCO is one of few builders in the state to achieve a coveted 4.5-star iCIRT rating, recognising their success in innovation, reliability, and construction excellence.
“We look forward to keeping our community and buyers updated on progress,” he said.
DASCO Co-Owner, Daniel Nicolas, said the company was looking forward to partnering with Top Spring Australia.
“This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-quality master planned community and contribute to the future of St Leonards,” Mr Nicolas said.
